Does forgiveness, as in forgiving one another, have anything to do with faith? Jesus tells the disciples they must forgive. In the Gospel of Luke, Jesus tells the disciples: “And if the same person sins against you seven times a day and turns back to you seven times and says, ‘I repent,’ you must forgive.” The Disciples thought about this and said Jesus, give us more faith! What does faith have to do with forgiveness? Let’s talk about this difficult to follow command and faith.
