Pastor Rick Davis is excited and honored to be the pastor of First Methodist Church Bridgeport. Over the past 16 years, Rick has been appointed to three churches, FUMC Archer City, Morris Memorial in Chico, and FUMC Iowa Park.
Previously, Rick was in sales and manufacturing in the metroplex until he received his call from God to become a full-time clergy member for the United Methodist Church.
Both Rick and his wife, Tracie, are thrilled to be in Wise county. Tracie is a nurse (RN) for Hospice of Wichita Falls. The Davis’ have three grown children and seven grand-girls. They enjoy raising two of their grand-girls who will join them in Bridgeport. The oldest is Kylie, 15, and Karlie, who is 13. Kylie enjoys choir, volleyball, and track and got her driver learners permit. Karlie plays the trombone in the band and is working on the clarinet on the side. She also enjoys soccer and tennis.
