“The Bridge is Back”

After a long summer break, I’m pleased to
announce that our 11:00 a.m. service will begin
again on September 8, 2013. We will meet in the
Sanctuary and we will feature a more blended
style of music.

So, I hope that those of you who
have been inconvenienced by the absence of this
service will plan to start back with us on the 8th
and invite your friends as well. Wouldn’t it be
wonderful to have a great crowd as we start this
service again. I am grateful to our staff leader,
Josh McDaniel, and our volunteer music team,
Carolyn McComis, Doug Bridwell, and Kipp
Boales, for their leadership in this service.

Wednesday Night Schedule begins again!

On Wednesday, September 4, 2013, our full Wednesday schedule will be up and running for the fall, even
though parts of it are already on the schedule. The schedule will be as follows:

3:30 pm – 5:00 pm — Children’s Activities
5:00 pm – 7:00 pm — Meal available for everyone, donations appreciated!
5:45 pm – 6:45 pm — Bible Study led by Pam Worlow
6:00 pm – 7:00 pm — Hand Bells practice
6:00 pm – 8:00 pm — Youth Fellowship
7:00 pm – 8:00 pm — Chancel Choir (they will be off of the 4th as Andy is out of town)
8:00 pm – 9:00 pm — Praise Team

We are hoping to again use volunteers to prepare the meals on Wednesday, with the cost reimbursed by
the church. Camille and I are planning to prepare the first one. You or you and your friends are invited to
volunteer for a week or more sometime during the fall. Please contact the church office to reserve your date(s).
