We will have a Blue Christmas Service on Thursday, December 17, 2020, at 6:30 p.m.

Worship is an opportunity to celebrate our experiences of life with God. It is also a place to recognize the difficulties of life by bringing them to our Creator. In Christ, God walks with us through the joys and hardships of life. Christmas celebrates the love God has for us. It is a time of joy. But not every year is the same. The holiday cheer can seem as if our hurt or loss does not matter. Yet, the coming of Jesus Christ is an answer from God to the evil and heartache that often plagues humanity. The Blue Christmas service is a celebration of God’s love and the gift of Jesus Christ. It is also a service that recognizes our loss. We give to God our hurts, fears, and concerns even as we give our thanks and praise.
